If this is true, what did you need to do in order to survive when you were three or four? How has this influenced the way you live your life now?

What frightens you?
What frightens you the most? If you look at your life from an objective viewpoint - can you see how much of your life is organized around avoiding or neutralizing or overcoming or that scary thing? How much of what you do is done BECAUSE of what frightens you rather than INSTEAD of it.

Embracing your life
Suppose you could find a simple way to embrace your life with joy, stop arguing with reality, and achieve serenity in the midst of chaos? The question is: are we brave enough to accept it?
This quote is from "Fear of Flying" by Erica Jong, I found it today and decided to post it here.

Scared?
Is there something you could do today that is maybe a little (or a lot) scary? What would your life look like if every day, you did the thing that scared you the most?

Scared to death?
