If you knew for a fact that you only had one year to live, what would you do differently today? And what would you do with your one year?
Hi there!
This is no longer an active blog. Sorry about that! I've moved my most intriguing questions and answers to my personal blog, shirleytwofeathers. There are some good links here, so feel free to explore, have a great day!

Today... I would take the day off and go for a walk in the woods and stop and see my daughters and spend time with my grand daughters... I would drink a cup of coffee and really enjoy the flavor... that's what I would do today...
For the rest of my one year? I would sell absolutely everything possible, maybe even including my property and my computer. I would liquidate my bills and quit my job and spend my time visiting the people and the places that I love.. my sister, my parents, my friend Michelle, the ocean, the mountains, white sands.
And finally when they were all sick and tired of me and my year was almost up, I would go find a beautiful secluded beach somewhere... and sit there watching the sunset and the waves.. and say goodby to this beautiful place that I didn't enjoy nearly enough.
Oh my gosh, that made me cry!
The first thing I would do is kill the bastard that wants to hurt my baby. That way, he could never hurt her after I'm dead. Then, I would spend as much time as I could with my kids in some secluded place where they wouldn't find us. Then, I would take them to my mom, and go to the redwood forest, and wander in the woods until I died. Pretty graphic and morbid, but probably true.
I've often thought about what I would do if I had a year left. I would travel round the world, write my book and attempt to mend fences with all the bridges I'v burned.
I would make an art journal so lovely, so full, and ask that they put it where people could look at it during my memorial service.
