my biggest question is how someone who never stepped foot in a child's life and physically abused everyone else in the family including the dog can walk into a courtroom and get anything, much less joint custody. But it can happen. My smallest question is why must my hair be in my face all the time? is it god punishing me in yet another way?

My answer to your first question is: many things in life are not fair, nor are they equitable, nor are they just. So that's how something like that can happen.

My answer to your second question is.. what else besides your hair is in your face? what does hair represent to you? and are you sure that God is punishing you? and who are you talking about when you say "God"? .. so I guess my answer to your 2nd question is a whole new set of questions.

Who thinks they never babble and whine, and of course has no patience with others that do?
Do you think this is a stupid question?
