I have my list in hand...I refuse to decorate and or shop until Thanksgiving is over...just seems sacrilegious to me:) I try to mix some gifts with some gift certificates. The one thing I do that has been a big hit is that I have a little scavenger hunt arranged. My granddaughter asked if I would do that again this year so I will go to the $1.00 store and get a bunch of things and wrap them and then hide them with a paper of clues (Even the 16 years old likes it and of course his has to be hid on the roof and under bloulders) ha ha.
I like to take my granddaughter (7yrs old) to the dollar store and let her pick out gifts for everyone. That's fun.
Sometimes I acutally do shop early, usually if I do that it's online shopping. But most of the time it's that long row of question marks for me. And I'm running around frazzled and full of dread at the last minute...
I'm 95% done. I'm a people watcher here at the end. Chatty

--I like giving gift certificates but the 'Mr. Santa Claus' I'm married to, doesn't.
