This question actually came from questions and reflections at Zaadz. There were quite a few really interesting answers, if you wanted to go check them out.
Ok, so what I would do is keep a really low profile while I paid off all my debts, took care of my family and friends, bought a small vacation house in the Florida Keys and a new car. That being accomplished, I would bankroll enough money to keep me solvent for a while and invest in something viable. And then I would quit and spend the rest of my life enjoying being debt free and financially stable.
I don't think I would even attempt to do anything profoundly "good" or "socially" uplifting because I don't really think that a CEO has very much influence. My main concern would be to take care of myself financially before the board figured out I wasn't CEO material and fired me.
