Hi there!
This is no longer an active blog. Sorry about that! I've moved my most intriguing questions and answers to my personal blog, shirleytwofeathers. There are some good links here, so feel free to explore, have a great day!

At first I thought that maybe the answer would be something along the lines of personal experience. Reasonable people would not doubt their own personal experiences, so that might be knowledge that is beyond doubt. But then again, I doubt my own experience all the time.
And then I was thinking that nobody doubts that the sun is, and that the moon is, and that grass and dirt are. That seems pretty self evident. But then I remembered that there are people who might tell you that the sun really isn't what you think it is, and that the world of form is an illusion, and that nothing exists except love...
So maybe knowledge is actually a meaningless concept. And doubt is a perpetual human condition.
And I think Melissa has a good point about trusting the source, and I suppose you could say that no reasonable person would doubt knowledge that came from a source they trusted absolutely.
So that makes it an issue of trust and faith... interesting.
