What if who you essentially are right now is all that you are ever going to be?

An invitation

If you could invite anyone at all to your house for a visit, who would you invite and why?

Authority?

Who is your authority?
Do you question it?

Good enough?

What if there is no need to change, no need to try to transform yourself into someone who is more compassionate, more present, more loving or wise? What if, who and how you are right now is good enough?

Responsibilities

What or who are you really and truly

actually and honestly

ultimately responsible for?

What would happen?

What do you think would happen if you changed your "pain" stories into "pleasure" stories, and your "trauma dramas" into "adventures"? What if you dropped your "baggage" off somewhere and never went back to pick it up? What would happen if the things you said about yourself were always good? Who would you be then?

Who are you?

Who are you when you are not worrying?
How is that different from who you are when you are worrying?

Strange visitors

Who was the strangest visitor you have ever had? And was it someone you invited? Or did they just show up at your door?

When you grow up...

When you were a child, you wanted to be someone, or do something, when you grew up. What was it? And is that still something you aspire to do or be?

Being someone else

If you could be someone else for one day, who would you be and what would you do?
