This is an easy one. I'd want a nice comfortable home on Spanish Wells, in the Bahamas. I know it's not technically a "city" but that's what I'd want.
If it HAD to be a CITY, then I'd pick a nice comfortable home in Nassau. Either way... it's the Bahamas for me.
I would love to live in a home in a tropical environment but halfway up some gorgeous mountains, so I would have a view of them and of the unpolluted blue ocean about 1000 meters below.
There would be a rooftop deck with a panoramic vista of both.
Ah, Tuscany, where else?
