I am pretty darn happy right now!
Happiness is a joy from deep within, a secure feeling, knowing who you are and where you are going.
What makes me happy is time with God, family and friends. Doing what I love doing. Enjoying all living things - pets, nature.
I am happy:) Happiness to me is contentment just to be. We can't always choose our circumstances but we can choose how we respond to them....the problem is that I sometimes forget this fact:)
To be happy, you must know what peace is. Peace will last longer than happiness. Peace can give rise to happiness and joy. Without peace, no happiness will ever get out of it.
I'm slightly happy right now but I keep getting happier the closer it gets to quitting time at work...lol
Happiness is an emotion that gives you a better outlook on life and makes you feel good inside and out.
I'm happiest when I am spending time with my wife, kids and grandchildren.
Happiness is contentment: not wanting anything more or less. I'm not happy very often, but, really, I think the deepest goal of life is to be truly happy, whether this means happiness for everyone around you or happiness and peace for your family.

Happiness is a state of mind, a conscious choice to not let the bad things get you down. Surrounding yourself with things that make you feel good is one way of maintaining that state of mind.
Having freedom to make my own choices and when at the end of the day I feel like I've contributed to something positively. That makes me happy. ^_^

I don't let my self "feel" happiness as often as I could. Happiness for me can be something as simple as my dog running to greet me... or warm water coming out of the faucet. Little things make me happy. My biggest barrier to happiness is me. I get way too caught up in thinking about what "isn't" instead of enjoying what IS.
