I helped with the cooking from the time I was maybe 4 years old... I really don't remember a time when I didn't help our "cook" do the cooking.
I think making bread was my first big adventure, and then cakes and cookies and deserts. I remember once I made sauerkraut with my mom, I think I was about 9 years old. that was really fun and the kraut was delicious when it was finally done.
So, cooking... I've been doing it since forever.
it was pie. when i was eleven. unless you count the orange juice and green onion soup concoction i made when i was four.
